Day 1: Arrival to Warsaw. Transfer to the hotel. Free time. Welcome meeting. Dinner. Accommodation in Warsaw 4* hotel.
Day 2: The morning sightseeing tour to the Royal Route and the Old Town with the Royal Castle, St John’s Cathedral, the Old Town Market Square, the Barbican and the Jewish quarter. Before the Second World War, Warsaw was a city with the biggest Jewish community in Europe. The only other city with a Jewish community of a similar size was in New York! In the afternoon you will have Polish cuisine lunch in authentic restaurant. After lunch going to the Royal Lazienki Park with the Palace on the Water. In this park is one of the houses where lives president of Poland. Dinner. Accommodation in Warsaw 4* hotel.
Day 3: Departure from Warsaw to Kaunas (Lithuania). Visiting Kaunas old town, situated to beautiful confluence of two rivers and degustation of authentic Lithuanian cuisine. After lunch we are going to Sugihara’s house. In 1939 Ch. Sugihara opened a Japanese Consulate in Kaunas. He is the person who helped thousands Jewish to escape death. Knowing better Ch. Sugihara we will go the hotel where he stayed before leaving Lithuania and the train station where he was still working till the last moment and throwing visas through the train’s window. Visiting Pažaislis monastery the pearl of baroque in North Europe and national museum of folk Rumšiškės. Accommodation in Kaunas 4* hotel.
Day 4: Departure to Vilnius. En route we will visit old capital Trakai. This place is known of its castle surrounded by lakes and Karaites cuisine that you are going to try. Karaites religion is reformed version of Judaism. In the afternoon coming to Vilnius. You will see discover Vilnius from different sides: the Old town and the Jewish quarter. Vilnius was known as the “Jerusalem of the North”. Vilnius once was a place for meetings of Jewish scholars, where Yiddish Theaters abounded, and a place where Jewish community left its biggest trace in Lithuanian history. Dinner. Accommodation in Vilnius 4* hotel.
Day 5: Departure to Riga with en route stops at the Hill of Crosses, a unique place of national pilgrimage, and after crossing the border of Latvia, the impressive Baroque Rundale Palace created by the Italian architect B. Rastrelli. Close to Rundale you will try traditional Latvian cuisine in the farmstead. Late afternoon arrival in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Excursion in Riga’s Old Town, seeing 13th century St. Peter’s Church, St. George’s Church, St. John’s Church, 14th century Riga Castle, Big and Small Guild houses, medieval dwelling houses “Three Brothers” and the Dome Square with its famous Dome Cathedral boasting one of the biggest organs in Europe. After excursion you will have dinner in the medieval Latvian restaurant of 13th century, where everything is lightened only by candles in 4 meters depth. Accommodation in Riga 4* hotel.
Day 6: After breakfast brief view of Jugend style quarter in Riga visiting Art Nouveau Museum. The building was constructed in 1903 as Latvian architect K. Pēkšēns private house. The building has a spiral staircase with ornamental ceiling paintings. This Art Nouveau staircase is among the most impressive not only in Riga but also the whole of Europe. Leaving Riga for Tallinn En route stop in Gauja National Park to have a breathtaking trip with cable above the tops of trees and visitation of Turaida Castle dating back to 13th century. En route stopping in Parnu. Excursion and lunch in Parnu. In the late afternoon arrival to Tallinn. Dinner in the restaurant dated to the years of 1475, with 17 medieval dishes for you. There is everything according to the old 15th century Hanseatic customs. Accommodation in Tallinn 4* hotel.
Day 7: Morning city tour of Tallinn showing the surroundings of Tallinn and its Old Town. Among other attractions, it includes a visit of Catherine’s Valley Park and Palace, the Song Festival Amphitheatre, the venue of 120-years-old song festival tradition. You will also see Tallinn’s number of attraction: Toompea Hill and the Parliament building, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Tall Hermann, Kiek in de Kök and Dome Cathedral. In afternoon leaving Tallinn with a ferry for Stockholm. Dinner and night on board.
Day 8: Morning tour in Stockholm. Elegant and spectacular Stockholm, also known as the “Baltic Venice”. Across the city, world-class museums and galleries provoking to come inside, having everything from glittering Viking treasures and an ill-fated warship, to Abba props and contemporary art. You will visit marvelous City Hall and Vasa museum. Free afternoon for souvenirs and relaxation. Accommodation in the 4* hotel in Stockholm.
Day 9: Departure. Transfer to the airport.
